Screw Conveyor

Screw Conveyor is widely used in grain oil ,feed mill , chemical industry, building material, metallurgy, mining, plastics, medicine etc
It can be design as U-shape or tube type to convey granular or powder material.
The conveyor can be screw with shaft or shaftless, the material is carbon steel or stainless steel

Auger flight of screw conveyor has three types : whole board -type, draper-type and blade-type.
(1)Whole board -type is suitable used for granular or power material.
(2)Draper-type is suitable used for conveying cloggy material.
(3)Blade-type is suitable used for conveying high viscosity and may compression material,in the conveying process can at the same time complete working procedure of stiring ,mixing etc.
Customers may choose shape of auger flight according material performance .
